What to Expect On Your First Day 🤸✨

Yello clock
1. Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early
Before we can get moving, we need to custom-fit you into your harness and adjust the bungee resistance to perfectly support your height and weight.

Arriving a bit early ensures you get the maximum amount of "airtime" during class!

2. What to Wear
- The Golden Rule: Snug and comfortable. High-waisted leggings or tight-fitting training shorts are highly recommended to prevent the harness straps from chafing.

- Tops: A supportive sports bra and a fitted t-shirt or tank top that won't ride up when you're hanging upside down!

- Footwear: Standard, clean athletic sneakers with good grip.

3. What to Bring
- A Water Bottle: Bungee fitness is an incredible full-body cardio workout—you will sweat!

- A Sweat Towel: To keep you fresh during the high-energy tracks.

- An Open Mind: It feels a little weird to trust the bungee at first, but by the end of the session, you'll be bouncing and flying with total confidence

4. Hydrate and Eat Light
Because you'll be jumping, spinning, and occasionally going upside down, we recommend having a light snack (like a banana) about an hour before class rather than eating a heavy meal right before you arrive. .
